We will be a lot happier when we realize that everything that another person
does more than likely has nothing to do with us, what we have done, and how we
have lived. People largely, mostly and almost always respond according to the
person that they are, and their past experiences. Though often we receive their fall
out, it is often based on their own unfinished business.
That is not to say that we are always innocent when called out, but even the
word of God says make no league with an angry man, lest you become like them. Or,
receive a brutal verbal beating when actions are misconstrued, and visions of you
are obscured. Jesus Christ has the power to calm the wailing of the hurting beast.
The journey of a Christian is to show where the path of relief and joy is. They
direct those in pain to the well of living waters who is the Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. If they would receive the Gift of
God, then they could have joy and peace. Jesus is the prince of peace and the Mighty
God, there is no healing that he cannot give to those who are still brooding over past
hurts and misunderstandings. He is our healer, He is our Peace He is everything that
we need, and it is all received in the Name of Jesus Christ whose blood washes away
the separation line, that is sin, that stands between us and our Lord, thus allowing
the original relationship as Adam had in the Garden of Eden.
We are not called to take on the sins of another, Jesus already atoned for this of
our own special day of Atonement, when we as individuals repent of our sins, and
are washed with the blood of Jesus Christ through baptism in the name of Jesus
Christ. His experience is typically our death though repentance as he died on the
cross, His burial is our baptism being plunged into the blood sacrifice in the name
of Jesus Christ, and His awaking from death and rising again gives us this new life,
that we may live in joy and peace in Him. Knowing that He is becoming the
protector for our souls. Though gifts received through salvation are present in this
life, the real gift is life forever in his joyous presence, in peace and safety. Nothing shall ever harm us, if we so decide to receive.
2 Corinthians 5; 17-20
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away;
behold, all things are become new.
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and
hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; to wit, that God was in Christ,
reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and
hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we
pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
The LORD does not only want to be your God, He wants to be a friend that sticks
closer to you than a brother. He loves you and loves to hear your voice and share
your joys and troubles. It is not his desire to just be someone who lives away in the
heavens, seated on a throne. He wants to have a relationship with you such as the
one He started with Adam, giving him the most
beautiful surroundings to live in and a consistent
conversation and display of genuine care and
concern. Remember the song, “He walks with me and
He TALKS with me, and He tells me I am His own, and
the joy we share as we tarry there no other has ever
known”. Get to know the LORD better today, He
wants to know you!
At the end of the day, it’s Jesus and all of our
prayers in that day will collide with His face. At the
end of our lives, it is Jesus and all that we have done
will collide with His judgment. shall the church
say….well done.
