Heb_10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Some people believe that being a Christian is all about them, you know, some who will come to church if the Spirit leads them. ect. That scripture in Hebrews is the Spirit speaking and saying GO TO CHURCH.

Yet if it is all about them, why is it that we will be rewarded for being a faithful SERVANT. We are not to be a servant to our self are we? When the Spirit led the Apostles, they were lead to a place to do something that would enhance the kingdom of God, or win souls. Why is it that now it is believed that the church exist to cater to the “self”. What we like or what we want to do, instead of being a servant the Jesus Christ and His church for which He gave His life?

We go to church to be blessed, and to bless God and others by the unification of our worship, and to be strengthened and to strengthen each other with our love. We go to learn more about Jesus and the will of God so that we can share in accuracy. The church is a body believers with members, not just concerned with one person.

1 Corinthians_12:27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

It is not all about what is done for our-self, else whose servant will we be? We all seek to hear the words, “Well done my good and faithful servant.”
