AN EXPRESSION OF HIS OWN

Being an artist, it has been my experience that when I paint or draw a picture that that picture is an expression from my heart that I am saying to whoever is going to see it. It is not necessarily predicated on the opinions of others, as a matter of fact, should another touch or change the picture in any way, it is no longer mine, but the expression of another and has lost it personality and uniqueness. It has lost it’s separation from the world around it, or as religion would say, it has lost it’s holiness. When the LORD created the world, it created a set of ideas from His heart as an expression of his own creativity and who he is. He created it as an Artist, and behold it was good.
It had in it a set of values that were not to be overstepped, colors that came out of passion and feelings of purity that filled his heart with satisfaction and peace. It was an expression of the Artist in God that caused each color, each texture, living beings of the earth the sea and the sky as well as beings that live in invisible places all came out of His heart. It ruins the canvas of expression to change it.
What would be thought if I entered into the canvas that is My sister’s home, and began to ruin the rose colors, the cherry hues of the leathers and walls with a hint of peach-pink and decided that it should be blue, and black. This would be a crime against the canvas of her heart that she has painted with intense expression of the depths of her loves and feelings.
By this same token, it is also a crime against God’s canvas of the world, its order and universe to presume that our thoughts outweigh the importance of the creativity that the lord has put in the ground work of his creation. To presume that our piety suits the canvas better than his own. He has painted certain order into his creation that he has intent to remain, and left a book of explanation and expression for others who would enjoy and live within this canvas to live. God is love, we are not more loving than he when we decide that something in his painting no longer suits or is not necessary in order to love it. The reason is because it is first for us as mankind to love the Artist and respect the painting if we are to live in this world. We are not to think that we are better than he, when we have not followed his mandates of love by ignoring them to give rights to others who own nothing on the canvas.
What am I talking about? I am talking about when we as created beings think we are right about something that God says is wrong. When we believe that politicians are right to change the order of love that the LORD has already set in place, and though His word says do not kill, we set up a set of laws to say when we can kill the innocent. Have we noticed that breaking God’s laws, only often lead to the breaking of more of his laws and to sadness and grief. No one can add more beauty to the panting that the lord has made by breaking the beauty of it, and adding our own colors.
and others by the unification of our worship, and to be strengthened and to strengthen each other with our love. We go to learn more about Jesus and the will of God so that we can share in accuracy. It is not all about what is done for us, else whose servant will we
be? We all seek to hear the words, “Well done my good and faithful servant.”
