Some will hate you and try to destroy you because they don’t know you. Some will hate you because they do know you, and the comparison to your gifts and talents hurt them. Believe it our not, still, some will hate you because they wanted you to love them, and don’t think you don’t.
It’s called jealousy, and by Bible definition; jealousy is a cruel as the grave. Forgive them, they don’t know what they are doing. While they are wasting their time focused on your greatness, they are loosing the precious time that that God has given in which they could be recreating them self and becoming what the LORD would want them to be and reaping the joys of life.
These are reasons to pray for the ones who spitefully use you.
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Matthew 5:44
