THOUGHTS ON UNDERSTANDING WHO GOD IS.

THOUGHTS ON UNDERSTANDING WHO GOD IS.
• Elohim created heaven and earth. In Hebrew you will see also next to that word, the letters that mean the first and the Last which Jesus said He was in the book of revelation. God is A Spirit, only one. There is no God besides Him, and no Savior. The Spirit begot the flesh of God, who is YHVH Salvation, who was guided by the Spirit of God. The Spirit sent the flesh, just as your spirit sends your flesh. The flesh was necessary in order for there to be a sinless sacrifice for sin. So to those, who say that Elohim means a trinity, or more than one God, why is it that the scripture says that Jesus created it all, and without Him, nothing was made that was made? The son was brought to the ancient of days, who later was identified as Jesus in the book of the Revelation
• John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. Him is the Word, Jesus right? I think the biggest, yet in my mind a simple way to understand the Godhead is that we are created in the image of God. We are body, soul and spirit. That life giving force within us, or our spirit does send us where ever it so decides, and the soul is the motor and hard drive for the computer which is the body. When Jesus came into this world, not only was he YHWH-Savior, but He was God with us. God the one that people try to make into persons, yet in Genesis, Elohim was called “He”. Also in Genesis, you would need to be looking in the Hebrew so see that the one that said let there be light and so on, was the first, and the Last, or Which Jesus said that He was in the book of Revelation. Also in the book of Revelation, the description of Jesus as John saw Him, was the Ancient of Days, white hair and fiery eyes.

o Rev 1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
o Rev 1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
o Rev 1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
o Jesus as the Ancient of Days that appeared in the book of Daniel when the son of man was being brought to Him.

• God is the Creator, not the creature. In saying this, that would make the man or the physical body of Jesus Christ, that which was created when the Spirit of God overshadowed Mary. If we try to see God as a creature, we will have difficulty in realizing that the image of God was in the mind of God before Jesus walked this earth.
• God is A Spirit so when Jesus speaks of the Father, He is speaking of the Spirit of God, whose Spirit was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself.
• What part of anointing can remain in the flesh, I cannot say. Flesh is not divine. The flesh was created to be a sacrifice, and the only one that could save mankind, because it was sinless. No one else can claim that. God is A Spirit. That means one. God is the Holy ONE. God created man in HIS image. All of these things as you read the Word of God are very plain. I will say again, the confusion comes when mankind wants to limit the activity of Almighty God to being that of a created being such as ourselves. We cannot understand in that way. we are natural, God is SUPERNATURAL. As we all know, the man Jesus Christ was not walking the earth in the beginning, but once the Word was spoken, he came through the virgin Mary, yet Adam was created in the image of God when as of yet no image of God was physically created. The image of God was in the Spirit and mind of God and then later begotten to walk this earth. Our image, is body, soul and spirit, His image is, body, soul, and the Spirit of God.

• John 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
• John 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Emmanuel, God (Elohim – the “whole Godhead “ which many try to multiply was in Jesus and with us.
• Plainly, the Holy Ghost and the Father cannot be separate and distinct persons, because God is only one Spirit and if Jesus were separate and distinct from either of these, He could not be God because that place has already been taken, by either the Father or the Holy Ghost. Hear O Israel (and Christians) the Lord your God IS ONE!
• The confusion is because God is God, and not a man. He inhabited a body to walk this earth veiled by the flesh of Jesus Christ so that the Holiness of His Spirit would not destroy mankind.. God was easily able to exist outside of a body and do great things, and for us now to allow Jesus to be the FULLNESS of the Godhead, bodily. A doctrine making God a multiplicity seeks to limit God by slicing Him in pieces to perform certain functions. He is infinite and limitless.
