Why am I so surprised when my friends or acquaintances readily believe lies that are told on me? Are you? When In Eden, the snake began to attack God’s integrity with lies, Eve immediately believed him. The snake, who is believed to be satan incarnate, was someone whom she had not previously known, yet, she believed him over her greatest friend.

Was it because of the power of the sinister influence of a supernatural spirit? Is this the same spirit that works in mankind today to state things before they are proven? Perhaps we should be more careful of the stories we repeat because death and life are in the power of the tongue. Consider the source; we may be entering into someone else’s war.
