A forest is a beautiful place.
A creation of God himself. It grows freely it grows without restraint having yet his own Beauty but not it’s on order. No man can go into the forest and discover all the things that God has created in this place that in itself is magnificent yet the truth of a forest is not known or measured until the craftsmen comes. When the Craftsman comes he cuts the tree down he works on the tree and then it becomes a thing of greater beauty and usefulness. It can become Lumber in order to build things like Furniture for rest of weary soul, a home that protects and Shelters from the storm, a box of beauty to keep special keepsakes in, toys, boats and many other things that wood from the tree can become. Even the shavings of a tree have their value as paper to write on to keep thoughts that can be used to entertain or to comfort others. But in its raw form the tree does not show its truest value. We are like those trees. One among many standing tall and stately green, growing at our own will yet truest form is not yet known until the woodsman comes. He is our creator, the Lord of all. He begins to cut down the old ways and to carve the new beginnings, where we can become joy, help, comfort to others and Glory to God. We hold the elements a product that be can’t become a true or Force for good in this world. but we know that a single Woodsman does not work alone Jesus, when he was born as a man. was a carpenter or woodsman. He did carve out things of beauty that became a more perfect help to mankind. This could be compared to what it’s done spiritually when the Spirit of the Lord comes into our house. There we are in a forest among many others. He selects us, growing as we might in our own ways with no thought of what we could actually be for the kingdom of God. He brings angels to comfort us and to strengthen us, to help us accomplish things at that He would have us accomplish and learn things we could not before know. We become more useful in this world and more useful to others. The Bible says as soon as we have received the Holy Ghost that we can become witnesses to others to know the greatest truth of all. We’re given the joy of Salvation, the peace, the creativity, and the love that is in Jesus Christ. We can learn to be that way. We were plucked from a forest of people. When Jesus came, his love is enough to create in us new life beyond what we could believe we could be. Just like in that forest we are beauty unkempt and He reveals in us more in us. Glory to our LORD!
